Made In Cookware & Tom Colicchio Brand Campaign

Upon completing a brand update and creative refresh, Made In wanted to make a big statement in the marketplace. We built a plan to use the launch of Top Chef Portland as a springboard for our brand and utilized our brand advocate and main judge of Top Chef, Tom Colicchio, to help us stand out. Together we told the simple story of quality products in an ad spot that would run on the opening night of the show. We shot and edited several ads from our time on set as well as gathered enough visual content to build out a supporting social media campaign and print catalog.

Mood Boards. I was going for a more cool and clean look in this video. We had access to the private kitchen and dinning room at Craft NYC and wanted to take full advantage of the location.

Storyboards. I got very descriptive in how I wanted to tell the story here starting with the click, click, click of the stove lighting and ending on the final dish being presented by Tom Colicchio. All the while focusing on the Made In products in the hands of our star.

Supporting social reels

I built a supporting social media campaign using the photography we got on site.

I also cut and edited shot form social posts from the video spots.

Youtube preroll ads were run to great effect.

We also tied in a catalog design that landed at doorsteps the week the ads ran on TV.

We also used the photography we gatherd on set and used it in email campaigns for the rest of the year.
